What are your standard check-in and check-out times?
For a standard overnight stay, check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM the following day.
Do you offer 24-hour check-in and check-out packages?
Yes, we offer flexible 24-hour check-in and check-out packages tailored specifically for guests who book directly with us.
Do you offer hourly micro-stays or short-stay packages?
Yes, we offer convenient short-stay packages for guests looking for a quick rest, a transit stop, or accommodation for a business visit. Our available packages include:
- Morning Mini Stay: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Afternoon Day Use: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Night Short Stay: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM / 8:00 AM
Are unmarried couples allowed to stay?
No, unmarried couples are strictly not allowed at the property.
Is there a minimum age for check-in?
Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All guests checking in must present valid government-issued identification, such as a passport, driving licence, or other government ID.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are strictly not allowed on the property premises.
Is smoking allowed inside the rooms?
No, all rooms and indoor common areas are strictly non-smoking. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Is commercial photography, videography, or photoshoot equipment allowed?
Commercial photography, videography, and photoshoot equipment are strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the management.
