Terms & Conditions


  • Rent: Please contact us for customised rates, starting from ₹45,000 per month for a 2 BHK.
  • Electricity: Billed as per the commercial EB tariff.
  • LPG Cylinder: A 5 kg cylinder can be provided at ₹650 per refill.
  • Power Backup: Available for common areas, the elevator, and for lights and fans inside the apartment.
  • Daily Cleaning: Includes sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, and bathroom cleaning.
  • Right of Entry: The landlord reserves the right of entry at any time.
  • Security Deposit Deduction: A minimum standard deduction of ₹3,000 will be applied at the time of check-out.
  • Rent Revision: The landlord may revise or increase the rent with a 30-day notice.
  • Property Damage: Any loss or damage to property must be paid for by the guests immediately upon discovery.
  • Return of Items: All items provided individually must be returned in the same condition as given.
  • Cabling Restrictions: Running unauthorised wires or cables—including broadband, DTH, or similar connections—is strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking: Smoking inside the unit or on the balcony is not permitted.
  • Alcohol: Consumption of alcohol or related drinks is not allowed. Guests found intoxicated or causing disturbance to neighbours or the landlord will be asked to vacate immediately, without appeal.
  • Liability: Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
  • Policy Violations: Violation of any of the above terms will result in immediate eviction, and rent for the notice period will be deducted.
  • Legal Jurisdiction: Any claims or disputes arising under this agreement will fall under the Chennai Civil Court jurisdiction only.
